In the treatment of cutaneous Candida lesions, involving mostly the inguinal, interdigital and inframammary areas, the overall therapeutic response was excellent or good in 15 of 17 patients treated with the combination compared with 5 of 19 treated with iodochlorhydroxyquinhydrocortisone.
