The study showed that in vitro and in vivo acetylsalicylic acid and dipyridamole produced human B[bone marrow-derived]-lymphocyte membrane modifications expressed by a decrease of their ability to fix fluorescein conjugated rabbit immunoglobulins specifically reactive with surface membrane immunoglubulins. The same drugs did not modify the ability of T[thymus-derived]-lymphocytes to form rosettes with sheep erythrocytes.
