After X-irradiation mammalian cells demonstrate 2 different repair process, i.e., sublethal damage repair (SLDR) and potentially lethal damage repair (PLDR). Chinese hamster V-79 lung fibroblasts were irradiated by a 137Cs source. The interrelationships between SLDR and PLDR were discused.
