According to different biometric presuppositions and biological assumptions formulas are developed for the volume of the test-dose which is to be taken from the vaccine when those vaccines are tested for the exemption from virulent germs. These formulas, especially the amount of the admissible probability of error and tolerance are discussed. Moreover the discussion of the presuppositions and assumptions for the availability of the formulas shows that in some circumstances test-doses can be sufficient, which are much smaller than usual. But it is also shown the possibility that even very largo test-doses - if there are certain biological attributes present - are not able to prevent that vaccines will pass the test, which are infectious for man.
