All antibiotics tested were inhibitory to F. solani f.sp. pisi from pea. The max. inhibition was by pimaricin, on both mycelial growth (78%) and respiration (43%). Vancomycin showed min. inhibition of mycelial growth and streptomycin of respiration (4.5%).
