Adalimumab (HUMIRA, Abbott Laboratories) is a new fully human TNF-alpha monoclonal antibody recently approved for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and undergoing trials for use in treating other conditions, including psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
