Bilification during the interdigestive period of duodenal motility was studied together with basal and stimulated duodenal intubation in healthy subjects and patients with chronic noncalculous cholecystitis, with a mode of medicamentous stimulation of the gallbladder contractile function being developed. An adequate response to the standard cholekinetic was recordable during the second phase of duodenal motility, which fact permitted reaching a conclusion that it is necessary that cholekinetic be administered just during the second phase when the gallbladder is most ready to evacuate bile directly through a probe during the interdigestive period and one hour after a meal during the digestive period.
