本文介绍1例原发于扁桃体的滑膜肉瘤伴全身多脏器转移的诊治过程。该患者初诊时行颈部增强CT检查提示左侧扁桃体软组织占位，左颈血管鞘旁出现疑似转移淋巴结。患者行左侧扁桃体射频消融术及左侧颈部淋巴清扫术，术后病理确诊滑膜肉瘤。术后半年复查见胃、肝脏、两肺、右侧肾上腺及脑多发转移。.
