该文报道急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死并发急性肺栓塞患者2例，分析其临床特点及诊治经过，并结合国内外文献，探讨两种高危血栓性疾病并存的机制。急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死和急性肺栓塞可能互为因果或合并存在，并非罕见，需要在临床工作中仔细甄别，防止漏诊和误诊。.
