A case of Gastrodiscus aegyptiacus infection in a horse in Ethiopia

Post-mortem examination of a horse in Ethiopia which had shown extreme incoordination and had collapsed repeatedly revealed the presence of a large number of Oxyuris equi, 2 Anoplocephala perfoliata and a large number of Gastrodiscus aegyptiacus in the colon. It is suggested that the horse was clinically affected by the G. aegyptiacus.
