The article deals with analysis of social satisfaction of patients with ambulatory polyclinic care. The study of satisfaction was organized using the technique of risk factors assessment. It is established that the conditions of medical care provision in polyclinic are the risk factors impacting the total satisfaction of patients with medical care. The degree of patients' satisfaction is determined The absence of influence of medical services payments on the level of patients' satisfaction is revealed.
