Periodic medical examinations on coal-extracting enterprises of Kemerovo region included use of questionnaire SF-36. Life quality parameters in coal industry workers of Kemerovo region decrease from age 20 to 64 years through all the questionnaire scales. Life quality parameters in scales of pain, physical functioning and general health demonstrated invert correlation with age and length of service in hazardous conditions of coal-extracting industry.
