Determination of bioactive substances in cosmetic and half-finished products is one of the topical aspects in the field of chemical analysis and at the same time it can be used to prove their biologic activity. Because of the extreme complexity of the analyzed multicomponental systems, finding sufficiently sensitive, selecitve and accessible methods for their analysis is of a great importance.
