Integrated hygienic ration value of organized and nonorganized nutrition of miners has been carried out. It's demonstrated that the structure of nutrition of miners doesn't provide the observing of principles of balance and energetic adequacy and is characterized by marked deficiency of food additives. Irrational subterranean nutrition doesn't provide the miners with elementary protection from harmful agents of industrial environment.
