The research of actual nutrition and food behaviour of 500 Kuzbass miners has been conducted. Impartial findings concerning the chemical composition, food set of organized and non- organized underground feeding of miners were obtained. The peculiarities of miners' food behaviour in modern social-economic conditions were analyzed. The necessity and the directions of elaboration of steps concerning the improvement Of nutrition of the given group accounting regional and professional features were demonstrated.
