This paper describes a case of alveolar echinococcosis that was initially thought to be a lymphomatous infiltration but then determined to infect the liver, lung and brain in a 70-year-old woman with a large T-cell lymphoma (Turkey). Surgical treatment could not be performed because of poor general condition.
