The coexistence amylosis - Behcet's disease has uncommonly been described in literature. Only twenty four cases were reported up to day through the world; 12 of them are of turkish origin. We report 2 cases of such association occuring in young male subjects. In the first patient, the renal and rectal biopsy were carried out to face a pur nephrotic syndrome confirmed digestive and renal amyloidosis. In the second, the renal biopsy used because nephrotic syndrome with renal failure shows renal amyloidosis when the rectal biopsy was negative. Colchicotherapy had no impact on amyloidosis course; accordingly we deduce use fulness of early diagnosis and regular supervision of patients presenting Behcet's disease. As for the therapeutical management, there is, at the present time a tendency to a preventive treatment by colchicin.
