The report presents a case of brunneroma. This is a relative rare condition of the duodenum. It is not a real neoplasia, only adenomatous hyperplasia of the Brunner's glands. The main points of the reported case were, the multiple, polyp-like formations in the bulb, the hypacidity and the diagnosis with pinching biopsy. The etiology, clinical significance, diagnosis and therapy of brunneroma is also discussed. Authors emphasize the importance of the endoscopy.
