Two cases of Saccharomyces cerevisiae infection of the vagina are reported in a 19-yr-old woman in the 8th month of her 1st pregnancy and in a 28-yr-old woman, a baker's wife, in the 2nd month of her 2nd pregnancy. In the 1st case the infection cleared without treatment 45 days later; in the 2nd the infection was extensive and persistent.
