The medical inspection of the blood samples of 88 patients with alcoholic liver disease has revealed an increase in number of soluble receptors to interleukin-2, which was associated with the intensity of cytolytic and mesenchymal-inflammatory syndromes and in patients with cirrhosis of liver--the development of hepatocellular insufficiency.
