Alkylphenol compounds (APs) is one of most common environmental pollutants due to wide use and abroad existence in environment. There has been increasing concern about its impact to the endocrine system that need to be investigated. In this paper, the toxic effect and mechanism of APs on reproduction and development was reviewed.
