The paper discusses approaches to improving the quality of therapeutic and preventive care for children and adolescents with gynecological problems and developing the service at three levels: wide-scale educational work among girls, parents and teachers in preschool institutions and schools as the first level, district offices of childhood and adolescent gynecology as the second level, and specialized gynecological hospitals with consultant services as the third level.
