The present work deals with the arrangement of a Gynecologic Center for Children and Young People in the Dept. of Gynecologic of the Oskar-Ziethen Municipal Hospital in Berlin-Lichtenberg, Center consisting in an out-patient and in an in-patient divisions for children and young people. The importance of such a Center is to be found in the complex and optimal possibilities offered for the medical, hygienic, as well as sexual and ethical management of young girls under 16 years in age, -exceptionally under 18. Such a Center makes possible important preventive means in the field of gynecology for the young and the adolescent girls.
