On the basis of literature and personal observations the author describes embryonic endocrinopathies in the field of hypophyseo-cortocoido-ovarian sistem and their role in the pathogenesis of some gynecological affections. Pathogenesis, prophylaxis and treatment of menstrual disturbances chiefly in the form of juvenile uterine hemorrhage during puberty are also presented.
