A case of necrotising sarcoid angiitis and granulomatosis (NSG), presenting itself as diffuse nodular lesions of the lung in a 38-year-old female is recorded. The clinical radiological and pathological features are compared with those of Lk.ibow, (1973) eleven cases and of the case reported by Stephen, Gorin and Whimster (1976). The aetiology and pathogenisis of the condition are obscure, but a hypersensitivity mechanism may be responsible.
