The paper reports a case of leukemia from large granulated lymphocytes (LGL) in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis and neutropenia, describes current aspects of this leukemia diagnosis including morphological, immunological and molecular-genetic methods, demonstrates other variants of neutropenia development in rheumatoid arthritis.
