The physiological level of the manifestation of adaptational capabilities in various phases of menstrual cycle was studied as were subjective parameters and characteristics of mental processes. Fluctuating changes were observed at the physiological and psychological levels. Optimal functional state and the maximum work capacity were observed during the II phase. The III phase of the menstrual cycle (after ovulation) was found to be the least favorable.
