The results of investigations of the foliowing coefficients were taken into account: 1. elimination of ethyl alcohol from the organism, () and 2. distribution of alcohol in tissues (in healthy subjects) as compared to its concentration in the blood (r). After calculations the author concludes that: a) evaluation of the alcohol test according to Straub requires a more critical approach, and b) it at least doubtful whether this test should be introduced for a more widespread use.
