The method of proteinic catabolism degree estimation in potential renal transplant recipients was elaborated. It is based on the urea and creatinine level in blood determination and calculation of the metabolism index according to the formula. The substantiation of the patients treatment tactics and estimation of its efficacy was permitted by determination of predominational metabolism tendency.
