Nous avons lu avec intérêt les lettres de Maiza et coll. et de Manchon et coll. relatant la survenue de thrombopénies associées à des accidents thrombo-emboliques chez 2 malades traités par le polysulfate de pentosanetn (PSP). Nous rapportons ici 1 observation tout à fait originale avec allergie exclusive au PSP.
