Nous avons pris connaissance avec intérêt de la lettre de Maiza et coll. suggérant le rôle possible du polysulfate de pentosane (PSP) dans la survenue d'une thrombopénie chez des malades affectés d'une thrombose vasculaire. Nous rapportons ici une observation clinique comparable à de nombreux égards au cas n° 2 exposé par ces auteurs.
