Results of treatment of 23 patients with lymph nodes metastases necrosis, what accounts for 10% of patients number with III stage colorectal cancer in 1972-1990 period of time were analysed. Presence of this pathology causes the survival index decrease in comparison with such in a control group. Such patients need additional treatment.
