It has been shown that the method of synchronous scanning can be applied for the separation of tyrosine and tryptophan fluorescent components in solution and proteins. Choosing the shift between excitation and emission monochromators makes possible to perform also the separate detecting of "blue" and "red" components of protein fluorescence and to use the method for registration of conformational changes.
