The case is reported of a 60-year-old Taiwanese man who presented with abdominal pain and fever. A diagnosis of biliary ascariasis and chronic cholecystitis was made with Ascaris lumbricoides in the common bile duct and intrahepatic ducts. Diagnostic techniques involving radiographic imagery are reviewed.
