Thymocytes from mice of a number of strains were typed using the cytotoxicity test, and the relative amounts of antigen on thymocytes, lymph node lymphocytes and spleen cells were determined. Two new mutually exclusive antigens (Ly-C.1 and Ly-C.2) were demonstrated. They were determined by alieles at a new locus, Ly-C.
