Histopathological study after effect of potent inhibitor of fertility on reproductive organs of Rousettus leschenaulti with reference to cervix mucopoly-saccharides was studies while using steroid oestrodial benzoate and medroxy progesterone acetate and clomiphene citrate as a representative of non-steroidal compounds. The cervical mucus increase in and appear very thin and clear after 30 days oestradial treatment-MPA 30 days treatment also produced a significant effects on cervical mucus secretion appearing very thick. The low dose of clomiphene citrate demonstrate that the cervical epithelium underwent enormous hypertrophy, intense mucification and elabarated identical mucosubstances. The present investigation reveals that the clomiphene citrate has a very weak estrogenic property.
