It is shown that the i.p. administration of 5mg/g TRH or digipramine decreases the latent period of tail withdrawal reflex in mice. Both preparations exhibit potentiating effects on morphine antinociception. Possible mechanisms of these effects were discussed as were prospects for their use in medicine.
