Three Phocoenoides dalli captured in 1970 off the southern Californian coast, USA, were examined for parasites; 4 helminth species were recovered. 2 animals were infected with Campula oblonga, one with Nasitrema dalli, one with Pharurus delli (the 2 last-named are new records for North American waters) and one with Anisakis simplex.
