The analysis of 112496 consultations at children's gynecologic rooms and the findings of the followup sample of 26099 girls from different age groups showed that incidence of gynecologic diseases constituted 6.299 per 1000 children. Disease prevalence in pre-school girls was 12.74 %, in schoolgirls of the 8th grade 10.43 %. Inflammatory genital disorder was a major disease in girls in the neutral childhood period and menoxenia was most prevalent in the pubertal period. Recommendations on the development of the unified three stage children's gynecological service are given.
