A case of a 29-year-old man, a native and resident of Equatorial Guinea, who was affected by pulmonary and probably extrapulmonary Paragonimus infection together with active pulmonary tuberculosis is described from Spain. The patient was successfully treated with praziquantel (50 mg/kg/day for 3 days, repeated 15 days after the first course of treatment) and with anti-tuberculosis therapy.
