The voluminous use of allopathic drugs has saved several lives from deaths and ailments; but it has also given way for misuse or overuse. Some of the drugs are adulterated and some are repacked drugs whose expiry dates are over, Unfortunately we are not able to identify, punish or even warn such drug dealers, nor trace the history of the victim patients. Another category of drug abuse is by the quacks. They pretend to be specialists in treating some particular ailments for which they make and sell special formulations at exhorbitant costs.
