A new case, of acquired double pylorus reported and the endoscopie documentation about its development presented. A critical review of the literature does not provide unambiguous arguments in favour of the hypothesis of a possible congenital origin. As in this new case, the author thinks that the double pylorus is always an acquired malformation.
