Insect defensive spray-induced keratitis in a dog

Ulcerative keratitis was seen in a dog after it had been sprayed in the face by the larger striped walking stick, Anisomorpha buprestoides. This insect had defensive glands from which it can spray a secretion that is lachrymogenic and irritating.
