Fifteen cases of tuberculous anal lesions collected over a period of seven years are reported in this study. The etiological and pathogenical aspects are reviewed. All the cases concerned young male patients. If the diagnosis was easy in eleven cases within a pulmonar tuberculous context, in four cases the lesion was primeval, with the respect to the diagnosis, the tuberculous character was proved fourteen times by the pathologist and once by bacteriology. The evolution is not always favorable since we notice that there is an anal incontinence in five cases, caused by iterative surgery because of recurrent fistulas, or due to a destructive tuberculous process.
