In October 1988, Youth Policy Magazine became aware of the innovative work of Oregon's Juvenile Justice Alliance, a statewide coalition of voluntary youth-serving organization and Oregon's major public agencies, whose purpose was to help to increase the ability of local youth-serving organizations to serve more at-risk and/or delinquent youth. This article summarizes and offers a year-end review of a 12-month youth-at-risk series published in the Youth Policy Magazine.
