A brief review of the literature is given and data are presented on 30 patients with mycoses of the stomach. Fungi isolated included Candida albicans, C. tropicalis and Geotrichum, Aspergillus, Nocardia, Saccharomyces, Alternaria and Penicillium spp. There were some mixed infections. Diagnosis is discussed.
