This Peruvian Act categorically prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in the regulations, statutes, and other rules of sporting, social, and cultural institutions. It gives the Ministry of Justice the responsibility for enforcing this prohibition and repeals all rules that are contrary to this prohibition.
