Data were presented on the intensity of antibody production during donor immunization with adsorbed tetanus anatoxin as a function of some socio-biological factors. Data were also given on the distribution of donors with varying intensity of immune response to adsorbed tetanus anatoxin as a factor of some genetic markers. The intensity of immune response to the administration of 40 binding units of adsorbed tetanus anatoxin is associated with the presence of the described genetic markers. Age, sex, and rhesus factor virtually did not affect tetanus antibody production, which agrees with the literature data.
