Perirenal urine leak in urethral lithiasis

We report 3 patients who developed perirenal urine leak proven by ultrasonography and intravenous pyelogram during an episode of renal cholic. Abdominal pain and peritoneal signs were present in all cases. Small distal urethral stones and slight pyelourethral dilatation were present in these patients. The clinical course was benign in all of them.
