The following is substantially the authors' abstract. In 1966 and 1967, 165, 354 mosquitos were collected in CDC light-traps supplemented with solid carbon dioxide in a freshwater swamp in the north-west of Hillsborough County, Florida. Virus isolation was attempted from species pools of all mosquitos caught. There were 128 isolations of Keystone and Trivittatus viruses: 99 from Aedes atlanticus D. & K., 28 from A. infirmatus D. & K., and one from Anopheles crucians Wied..
